    All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping fees or taxes (if any). Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe credit card.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will be processed at the price in effect at the time of order placement.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, and we will notify you promptly.

  1. Orders and Shipping
    After you submit an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Our US‑based orders are fulfilled by a third‑party fulfillment warehouse located within the United States. In rare cases where inventory is unexpectedly out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund or notify you for extended waiting time for restock.

Order processing time: We typically process and ship orders within 1‑3 business days after order placement.

Estimated delivery time: Domestic orders within the United States usually take 3‑7 business days, while international orders usually take 7‑20 business days (these are estimates only; actual delivery times depend on the carrier’s performance).

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Risk of loss or damage to products shall pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

For international shipments, import duties, customs fees, taxes and any other local charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

A. Return Conditions
· You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
· The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
· If the return is due to personal preference (not a quality issue), the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
· For returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipments, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

B. Refund Process
· After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 1‑3 business days.
· Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card). The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment service provider.
· Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All authorized returns must be shipped to our designated return address within the United States.
