Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original accessories intact. Products that are damaged due to improper use, human error, or missing accessories are not eligible for return.

Return Request & Refund Processing

We will process your return request within 48 hours. The refund will be returned to the bank account through the original payment method within 7 to 15 days after approval. The actual fund arrival time depends on the processing cycle of your payment service provider.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is caused by personal preference or unnecessary purchase, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to product quality issues, wrong item delivery, or our official errors, we will bear the corresponding return shipping fees.
